Though I was born in downtown Atlanta, I grew up as a home schooled, farm girl in the country surrounding Atlanta. At the age of 8 (almost 9), my family made the transition from non-canonical orthodoxy, to the OCA. When I was nearly 11, my family moved to northern New Mexico and again, to the Rio Grande Valley shortly after I turned twelve.

After finally making new friends and learning to deal with displacement, I am currently a junior in college and trying to see ever more clearly the path on which God wants me to go. Along the way, I enjoy writing and trying to get to know my friends better through the writing of letters and spending genuine time with them. Besides going to classes, my week consists of work at the university library and attending church - the most edifying event of the week.
